Online Orders

Unused novelty items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Refunds are processed through Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Non-Returnable Items

Final-sale, personalized, or clearance items are not eligible for return unless defective.

Pickup Reservations

Pickup reservations are not prepaid online, so there is nothing to refund for an unclaimed reservation. In-store purchases are subject to the store's in-person return policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
