Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Products & Eligibility
Our online store sells a variety of products. We do not sell tobacco, vaping, nicotine, or related consumable products online. In-store pickup reservations are available only to adults aged 21 or older, who must present valid government-issued identification at the time of pickup.
3. Hemp & CBD Products (Texas)
We sell hemp-derived products, including CBD, in Texas. All hemp products we offer are derived from hemp as defined by the federal Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (the “Farm Bill”) — cannabis containing no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis — and are sold in accordance with applicable Texas law, including the Texas Consumable Hemp Program (Texas Health & Safety Code Chapter 443), Texas Agriculture Code Chapter 121, and the rules of the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS). We only offer products we believe are lawful to sell in Texas, and we will not knowingly sell or ship products into any jurisdiction where their sale or possession is prohibited.
Age restriction (21+). Consumable hemp and hemp-derived THC products are sold only to adults 21 years of age or older. A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID is required at in-store pickup, and we may verify age for online orders. These products are never sold to minors.
Changes in the law. Texas law governing hemp and hemp-derived cannabinoids — including Delta-8, Delta-10, THCA, and other intoxicating or synthetically derived cannabinoids — has been the subject of ongoing legislation, rulemaking, and litigation and is subject to change, sometimes on short notice. We reserve the right to restrict, relabel, reformulate, suspend, or discontinue any product, at any store or statewide, to comply with current law and regulatory guidance. You are responsible for confirming that any product is legal to purchase, possess, and use in your specific location before ordering; requirements vary by state, county, and municipality.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Hemp and CBD products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and no medical or therapeutic claims are made. Consult a physician before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Hemp-derived products may cause you to fail a drug test. Our hemp products are third-party lab-tested; Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available on request.
4. Orders & Payment
Online orders are processed and paid through Stripe. Pickup reservations are not charged online and must be paid in person at the selected store. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
5. Pricing & Availability
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we may cancel the affected order.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products.
7. Wholesale Accounts
In addition to retail sales, we operate as a wholesale distributor to licensed businesses. Wholesale pricing, bulk (by-the-box) quantities, and wholesale ordering are available only to approved wholesale accounts. Applying does not guarantee approval; we review each application and may request business licensing or tax documentation and may approve, deny, or revoke wholesale access at our discretion. Wholesale purchases are subject to our Wholesale Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the business operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
[Attorney review required: dispute resolution, arbitration, indemnification, and jurisdiction-specific clauses.]
